Zaplee was created with the small to medium sized business user in mind. We knew that in this burgeoning market of small businesses and start-ups, professionals needed an affordable, yet polished way to reach their customers, and provide them with the support and clear communication their customers expected.
What we wound up with was an easy-to-use application that integrates with Skype, GoogleTalk and SIP, services that business are already using to communicate.
