Zaplee was founded in 2005 with the simple mission of enabling small to medium sized businesses implement call centers without the need for expensive software, services, and infrastructure. 

 

Our unique product leverages some of the most advanced technologies to provide a SIMPLE platform to achieve this mission.  While the product is still in beta-release, this goal has already been realized by several companies, case studies have been provided in the Customers section.
