The Distributed model is where a calls from a single inbound
account are forwarded to multiple operators.

dispatch services, etc.
Dedicated Model
In a dedicated model, a company can have calls from multiple
inbound accounts going to a single or multiple operators. This setup can allow
a company to segment call routing based on language, skill set, geography,
product, etc. This model also allows a company to provide local numbers for
customers who are distributed in mutliple call zones.
